Lynn was trudging down the path, not really taking in her surroundings. This was a beatiful place, of course. After she'd placed her suitcase in her room, she inmediately went down here to take a walk. To think. This was all happening really fast, it was weird, how time could just.. pass you by. And she didn't notice up until now, that time was wáy ahead of her thoughts. The last few months had been a drag, and she hoped the months, and years, ahead of her, would get better.
She plopped down on a bench and sighed, now looking around to see how beautiful this all was. Roses everywhere, the garden was huge, and filled with all sorts of flowers. Again weird how she hadn't noticed, because she was too busy with her thoughts. Her thoughts needed a lot of attention, but they didn't deserve it. They only made her feel worse..

Layla walked down the pathway, breathing in the crisp air that came so easily in these gardens. Roses. How she loved them. Layla had always liked the white ones, so clean and wholesome. Unblemished, like angels waiting there for you.
She turned around, letting the smells and light overcome her, folding her into its warm arms of luxury, and happiness. Layla breathed a sigh, turning around and resuming her happy walk down the path again. Rose Arbor was the only place in the garden she hadn't been to yet. If only there was someone to share it with...
Then she saw the girl sitting on the bench, looking whole-heartedly bored, but surprised. As if she hadn't known there was a huge garden out the back, what with it clearly visible from nearly every room in the mansion. No matter. Maybe she had been concentrating on something else.
+Hello+
Layla said slowly, not wanting to disturb this new character. She had seen her around somewhere, but never heeded her. That was kind-of the way things were. You noticed people, and they stayed latched in your memory. But you never know who they are, and spend eons trying to figure out their names.
